Hey, today I want to share my story. People think the hardest part of living with HIV is remembering your medication. I have never missed a dose in three years because it is easy to remember when I know it is my life.
The hardest part happened in a waiting room when staff discussed my status loud enough for strangers to hear. It was a traumatising scenario that I never expected.
That moment became the reason I started collecting more than just my own story. I use my story to empower other women who are living positive like me, to accept themselves and always love themselves.
